Delaware - Unclaimed Property Voluntary Disclosure Agreement Administrator

Summary Statement
The primary purpose of the Unclaimed Property Voluntary Disclosure Agreement Administrator (VDA Administrator) position is to serve as the liaison between the Delaware Secretary of State and other State agencies and departments, Holders, and any outside vendors that have been engaged to assist the Secretary of State in administering VDAs. The VDA Administrator will have primary responsibility for the management of the VDA Program, which includes but is not limited to identifying possible enrollees in the VDA Program, approving the necessary forms, agreements, policies and guidelines to administer the VDA Program, working with any vendors that have been engaged to assist in the VDA Process with the resolution of complex issues that arise in a VDA, and assessing the accuracy and validity of Holders' voluntary disclosures so as to recommend to the Secretary of State the approval of Holders' final VDA submission, or removal from the VDA Program.
